Dietetics / Human Nutrition ensures full, comprehensive preparation of graduates for effective action in the aspect of constantly increasing civilization challenges. The program implemented in this field pursues the mission of educating students based on knowledge and the latest research in the field of medical sciences, health sciences and physical culture. The field of Dietetics is closely related to such fields of study as: medicine and public health, with which they have in common both the curriculum and the profile of a graduate prepared to carry out activities in the field of prevention and treatment of nutrition-related diseases, prevention of malnutrition related to the disease and management of health education promoting proper nutrition, which is an important element of public health. Our University, as a supporting member, has established cooperation with the National Association of Processors and Producers of Organic Products "Polska Ekologia".
